Modified Spring Sports Registration is now open on Family ID

Registration for all medical information needed for clearance for Spring 2026 Modified sports is now OPEN on Family ID. Here is the link to registration: Spring 2026 Modified Sports Registration

Modified Spring sports will start on Monday, March 23rd.

All Spring athletes need a current physical (a current physical for Modified Spring sports must be dated on or after March 1, 2025). All new physicals should be completed on the NYS School Health Examination Form. Dr. Padre, PRSD school physician, will be in to conduct health exams on Thursday, March 12th at 8:00am in the middle school health office. Only 7th grade students playing spring sports who still need a physical can schedule a health exam with Dr. Padre on that date. Varsity and JV Spring Sports Registration is still open on Family ID

Varsity and JV Spring sports will start on Monday, March 9th.

All Spring athletes need a current physical (a current physical for Varsity and JV Spring sports must be dated on or after March 1, 2025). Only students playing Spring sports who still need a physical can schedule a health exam with Dr. Padre on that date.
